Southern Estates has a reputation for doing quality sales with outstanding set-up of your treasured belongings. We get many compliments at every sale about the way the sale is arranged, the demeanor of the staff and the professional way the sale is run.
Eileen Cornell is the owner of Southern Estates. We have been in business since 2005 and she is knowledgeable about all aspects of doing your sale, from the correct way to display all items, pricing, researching, and so much more. She is a Professional Appraiser and has trained for five years at International Society of Appraisers.
Southern Estates has conducted sales throughout various parts of Florida and the Atlanta GA area.
It’s important for family members to remove items they wish to keep prior to the sale but PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY before calling us. We will determine the value on everything in the house. You will be amazed at what you think is junk and it turns out to be just what someone else is looking for!
Southern Estates is a corporation and a licensed business. We are registered with the Georgia Department of Revenue for sales tax purposes.
